Clothing :The original ideas 👚

Being a person who is so much interested in culture ,heritage and an indegenious ideas  so curiosity is very natural regarding so many things around .Today ,The sudden idea of clothing history hit my mind as we all dress according to our fondness and comfortability .I think that dressing should be according to one own choice and idea of feeling comfort .It should not be governed by any peer pressure or anybody likeness for that matter .It's one own prerogative according to their body types and wishes to explore .Well,As I was going through the history of evolution of clothing in my country ..in due process I got to know so much things that was very fascinating .The idea of original clothing system of my country and the idea of shared clothing .As Everybody knows that Saree is the ancient clothing system of India dates back to Indus valley civilization .Women of that time just used to drape themselves in an unstitched piece of clothing and men used to draped themselves also in an unstitched piece of clothing called Dhoti .There is reason behind it that idea of stitching and weaving was not known to us ,it is an introduced idea during islamic reign .The idea of cutting ,stitching ,needle ,sewing is brought to us by Persia during Mughal era.The idea of salwaar kameez the first ever stitched piece of clothing was introduced and invented in india during 16th century when noor jahan was the princess of the empire .It was invented in Punjab region  hence we call salwaar kameez the traditional dress of Punjab but with in time there are various ways in which it has altered its shape and now comes in various cut and design .In today's time Salwaar kameez is popular across India .It has Pan India appeal .Even It is regarded as natinal dress of Pakistan as it was invented by Muslim women of Punjab region. Our clothing represents our culture ,our ancient values it's because our religion has very smartly designed clothing for us which science proves it .our natinal clothing is very logistically designed by our ancient people .As they know which part of the body should be open or which part should not as they know the fact which part of the body is source of life that need to open ..so ancient clothing of men and women has been designed in such way . Leaving the logistic part ..Every part of the nation has variation in saree clothing from north ki banarasi to south ki kanjivaram or kasavu .It's incredible beauty of variation leaves my heart beaming with joy .Although ,I have not tried saree yet because I think it is the most beautiful garment ever so will take some time to try to do justice to its beauty but yes salwaar kameez is something I am fond of .I love the whole lotta handicraft like bandhni ,chickenkari (white threadwork on white ),phulkari (heritage craft of Punjab ) ,leheriya kind of print ,the tie dyed print . I am very fond of these indegenious craft .Well ,It can go very long ...So In nutshell ,The idea of shared clothing is incredible but here I am excluding colonial era dressing which is popularly called as western clothing and eastern clothing of East Asian countries like japan ,china etc etc .Now a days kimono a cultural dressing of Japan is strengthening its market in south Asian countries ,West Asian countries as well .These sort of clothing ideas mixed with our heritage clothing will demand other volume to write .So leaving here on exhilarating note ,The Incredible India forever .
