It's amazing na how life's comes a full circle .we have already seen that flared pants making a come back along with velvet .Last year,Cycle made it come back as central force of transport for health purpose ,while ghee and turmeric always been miraculous since ancient times but came in spotlight last year ...we are back to basics .Well, Don't deviate from the topic let's come strictly on the one more practice that rose to popularity last year ..The ancient times practice called Oil pulling simply known as kavala in ayurveda ...It is mentioned in ayurveda as dincharya (the daily practice ) . It is also backed by modern scientist as well and practiced in many foreign countries. Many of you wanted to know what is oil pulling ,how it works and what are its benefits ?Let me talk about one by one . (cold pressed olive oil ideal for oil pulling besides sesame and coconut 🥥 oil ) WHAT IS OIL PULLING ?
(Seasame oil ..Many call it the ideal oil for oil pulling) It is a traditional ayurvedic practice for removing toxins .It involves swishing of any cold pressed oil (coconut ,sesame or olive oil) for 15-20 minutes .Ideally 15-20 minutes is good but if you are doing for the first time you can keep it for 5 min and spit to any open place ..Do take care..Donn't spit in basin as it can clog the sink due the presence of oil .This process pulls out harmful bacteria from each and every part of your body .. donn't shallow the oil back as it contains harmful bacteria .There are numerous health benefits to it . Most people limits its benefits to oral bealth only but in reality it boosts your skin health and over all physical health .Oil pulling improves complexion and gives you slimmer face since swishing around oil in your mouth is going to tighter those facial muscles and gives you glow with improved circulation in area .Using this method regular early in the morning on empty stomach can aid in rested sleep ,help reduce headaches ,lessen the effect of hangovers .The anti bacterial nature of the oil strips take away bacteria and gives white teeth ,strong gums. It improves blood circulation as people on normal basis know that blood circulation increses glow on face . So What , After knowing the incredible benefits what one should do ..Should we leave our brush habits because it is an alternative to brushing ?Let me answer ..NO ,You donn't have to leave your brush ..it's just that you can add this practice before brushing ,then after this you can brush to remove oil present in your mouth .While doing this you will feel pressure on throat ,donn't panic ,it's normal as oil pulls the harmful bacteria up ...after some time you will feel gentle on your throat . Ideally ,Sesame oil considered best ..You can choose any cold pressed oil be it sesame ,coconut or olive oil . Choice is completely yours ...One don't like sesame ..can go for olive or coconut ...I used olive oil for the first time but now moving to sesame oil ..But it should be cold pressed not chemical based toxic oil .Trust me ,I have been doing for a sometime now and it's works wonder ..you will feel the difference once you start doing it .
When I talk about the moment of Curiosity and Learning then its literally take me to the year 2013 ...Yes ,You heard it right ...The Year 2013 when I was in my most curious state of mind because that was the year where i was appearing for my first board exam and i had lots of anxiety and curiousity going in my mind about future ..about how will i hold my life and how i will able to mould it the way i want ? But ,the most important thing was in my mind that "will i secure good marks" because the classmate i had back then were someone who would use to talk more and act less so they all had made it look like that its the cake walk for them and my mind was full of self doubt because i never felt like this and i don't think that anything is cake walk for me but anyway ....All of this sudden self doubt went away when i stood first in the that batch and the one who bragged stood nowhere ...that was my first lesson that never get carried away by someone 's pretentanious thing...
