INDIA ,A culture of shared heritage ,A place of vibrant mix of several races & community .During all her period it has enriched itself by assimilating diverse kind of influence and impact. This has saved it from monotonous uniformity .Infact the pulsuating mosaic of this culture is most vividly displayed as one go across the length and breadth of the country .Well,When I talk about my India and it's culture then I actually speak of a rich plurality of cultural traditions and not a monolithic entity .we have so many similar cultural existence because of the interaction of various cultures through centuries of shared existence .What I personally love about my nation is it's assimilating nature with so much ease that after sometime it's appears that it had never been taken ,as it was always ours . Civilization a topic that covers so many entity but still a matter of debate that what constitutes civilization .Often I heard people saying that civilization and culture are the same thing or just a replacement of each other which I don't agree with .As far as civilization is concerned according to my information and analysement that it is a condition of an organized social life where as culture is little vast as a concept ,it is more complicated than civilization we can include so many aspect like freedom ,democracy ,equality and secularism .I would like to conclude culture is the life and mind of a soceity at any given time in the history ,culture cann't get separated from history and it's concepts . It is very evident that geography has a huge impact on the culture , infact whole culture has been designate keeping the geography of the nation in the mind as we see the kind of geography we have from West to east ..from north to south it offers every possible geography of the world whether it is Snow clad mountain ,to coral beaches ,to highlands ,to ghats ,to plains ,to desert ..The Indian subcontinent offers every thing ..Culture grew in accordance with the metamorphic geographic conditions. As we can see from the extreme north of the country which lies in trans Himalayan zone comprises leh ,Ladakh region which is harsh cold desert and kind of lifestyle adaptation of the indegenious people have is different from the other part .Those region are rich in its nature element but these extreme strut difficult mountain range debarred them from economical developement in terms of infrastructure and technology because it appears remote places to operate ..same goes with Himalayan region but yet it is little less harsh than trans Himalayan zone but yet the culture seems similar .Himalayan served as an abode for so many people who later went on to establish religions .So Himalaya is the major culture and religious symbol .Indian states like uttrakhand ,Himachal are blessed as it covers huge range of himayalas ofcourse Nepal also shares major chunk of the Himalayas .I cann't forget the Arunachal as it is also covers Himalayas .These places are so rich in the natural appearance but these beauty of Himalayas actually created retardation in their economic development as industry establishment requires certain normal climatic condition so major chunk of the economy of these stated are relay on tourism . NOW,Coming down one of the most central part of the country and also of north India Delhi ,A small piece of land founded in 6th century BC ,one of the oldest cities of the country is centre of central political force .A city which was matter of subordination in the past by so many foreign islamic ruler . Now in the present this city has built it's reputation of the econmical hub of the country because of the good human resources .Land mass offers resources but actually it's the human which actually turns things into the matter if reputation and over the period of time this city has also attracted lot of skilled people from across the country specially from those states who lacks in the infrastructure and is geographically stand close to it. Well,Political forces have spent good amount of their time in developing this small piece of land into major industrial city that provides employment to lot of people across the states .Ofcourse ,it should be because it is our national capital and capital must possess some quality to be called as what it is today . There are some states of north India lika Punjab and Haryana which are rich in thier indegenious culture and language which gained it popularity over the period of time specially I am talking about Punjab but yet these states lacks in so many things .I think I have talked enough about North India .Well,In the next blog I will write my heart out on the east India ,West India ,South India nad central India respectivaly . Overall ,North India and it's diversity is so enriching and tempting .some stands for its geography ,some for its infrastructure while some for its lingua franca and accent while some for its religious entity .Overall ,North India it's self screams plurality . I am fond of such plurality .I have lot more to say but it will get bigger and bigger .
As a curious Indian ,I have lot more in my mind that talk about my nation and its rich heritage .This subcontinent has so much diversity that it will take volume to pen up my thought on it but still tried in my possible way but yet I lost out on so many relevant topic of the region ,but country rich history engaged me so much that I forgot so many relevant topic of today's time .Will cover in my next part of North India blog post .
