There is a way to drink water in a correct way ..How many of us know ?Strange isn't it ? But ,let me tell you our ancient medical book called ayurveda emphasis on it . According to Ayurveda ,the way you choose to drink water effects your body . Ayurveda suggests water is a chemical energy which has miraculous property if taken properly .It is an universal solvent which brings molecules together .In this lockdwon ,I have read book of Ayurveda in little detail ,and I was amazed by the knowledge it carries regarding our good health .It convinced me so much because modern science heavely rely on this ..Ayurveda is itself a science .Modern science says water exist in our body as plasma, cytoplasm,serum,saliva,urine ,sweat etc etc but ayurveda has very simple definition .Water being so miraculous need to understand properly ...Therefore it is necessary to understand right way to drink water to maintain life .1)Sit down and Drink water -We should drink water by sitting rather than standing ,it is because ayurveda suggests that by standing up ,you are disrupting your body to process digestion .If you drink water sitting nicely ..it keeps your muscles and nervous system much more relaxed and helps nerves to digest food and any other fluid easily .     2)Avoid gulping down -Ayurveda suggests ,you need to avoild gulping large chunk of water in a single breadth .You need to take small tip ,swallow ,breathe &repeat through out the day . According to Ayurveda ,There are three dosas in your body -vatta,kapha and pitta .How you consume water must be according to your doshas .3)Drink room temperature water -Ayurveda suggests to avoid ice chilled water as it can cause disruption to your digestion process .Cold water decreases the blood supply to various organs of the body further leading to constipation .4)Drink only when you are thirsty -Your bodies sends signals when it is in the need of water .Ayurveda suggests drink only when you feel thirsty .Listen to your body .Everybody has different requirements so measure your drinking requirements and drink water .5)5)Know the indicators that your body gives when you are thirsty -Your body is very intelligent machine...It gives you signals to know when it needs water ..for example -The. Colour of your urine is yellow this means your body is dehydrated and needs water urgently .so ,listen carefully .6)Drink water first -when you wake up early in the morning ..you need to drink water according to Ayurveda ..this is called ushaoan in ayurveda .It helps your body to get rid of so many disease.It helps in flushing all the toxins .7)Drink water stored in clay,copper or silver vessel -Water stored in all these hepls to balance all doshas in the body as it's charges the water positively .Copper boosts immunity so does the clay ...copper has antimicrobial properties and antioxidant in nature as well ..Silver vessel has power to remove free radicals from the body and gives you cooling effect but drinking water from silver vessel is not affordable to many so you can choose an alternate to this .                                             During Summer time ,It is advised by ayurveda to drink more water with some extra ingredients to maintain body heat properly,.It is because summer season is called pitta season and after noon is pitta kaal ,the hottest time ..so It is important to drink water properly to maintain temperature .You can add stuff like lemon,mint ,sees ,rosepetal etc etc to make it little tasty .I hope this little changes in your drinking system will add alot to your health .

A spiritual evening at Mangla Gauri

 It was 6th of June at 6'0 clock . I remember I got ready in my white cotton salwar kameez for the Matarani's Darshan at foothills of Mangla Gauri Hills. My day on stage

It was 13.12.2023 ....I woke up early in the morning because I had to write my assignment .....Usually I wake up around 7'0 clock when i have no where to go about .... When I have to go then i wake up early because its take alot for me to get out from the sleep zone and focus on to the wordly activities. ...But this morning was quite different because I had to rush to deliver my topic on the stage .
