Indian Rituals and it's logic

Have you ever thought about why we have to go through such complex and lenghty rituals as Indians .The answer is no ,Actually Our country ancient wisdom have been misunderstood by majority of people ..they have labelled it as superstitions but actually they are the most logistic one .our ancient people relied on holistic nutrition .They have designed the rituals in such a way that it make sure the well being of the future people .I also used to think it as superstitions unless and until I knew the logic .It changed my perception towards the rituals .I always wanted to know the reason because everything has reason.                                                  First thing ,I want to talk about the that we celebrate navratri ...Why we keep fast for nine days ? Let me tell you that Just observe the pattern of the navratri ..It comes on the start of summer season and the other one comes on start of winter season ..During that season our body goes through several changes as the position of earth changes ,so taking heavy diet can lead to problem in your digestive system. ..So To avoid heavy diet ..the festival of durga pooja is celebrated where we rely on fruits ,and light diet in the name of religion ... Earlier men kept the process simple ....Isn't that amazing about it ?                 Second thing ,We often been said that don't go near peepal tree at night as there  is ghost ,but in reality there is not such ghost ,the logic is that peepal tree generates huge amount of oxygen during day time but in the night they exhale huge carbon dioxide..which is harmful for the body ..that is the reason behind not to go near peepal at night ,very few people can understand it ..so to avoid the explanation ,people say that ghost resides .                                        Third thing ,Have you ever thought that why we worship tulsi tree at our home as a part of our ancient tradition? If you haven't known yet then let me tell you that Tulsi has incredible chemical properties such as anti fungal ,antiviral ,anti bacterial etc etc ...It is also good source of antioxidants and vitamins C .so ,people worship it at home as a religious significance to avoid health problems .you can intake tulsi leaves as well .                                       Fourth thing ,Each and every ornament that indian women wear has some of scientific significance ...whether it is bangles ,foot ring ,necklace ,sindoor ,maangtika etc etc ..I will talk about it in detail in my next writing .                      Fifth thing ,We should avoid sleeping at North direction specailly in our country .It's a evident fact that earth has its own magnetic properties .so when we sleep towards North direction then blood flow to the head is heavy that can make your sleep cycle disturbed .. specially for the country of northern hemisphere ...For India ,The east facing direction is considered best .Well,For different countries it depends on their geographic location.                              I hope all above listed information serve new thing to you .If you like this kind of information then I will write more .

I was excited so it didn't take me much to zone out from the sleep. Usually Mornings are calm for me ...I am in no speaking zone but that day my mind was constantly speaking inwards about VS Naipaul. A Diasporic Author who is known across the world for his terrific writing in fiction . The moment of Curiosity and Learning :2013

When I talk about the moment of Curiosity and Learning then its literally take me to the year 2013 ...Yes ,You heard it right ...The Year 2013 when I was in my most curious state of mind because that was the year where i was appearing for my first board exam and i had lots of anxiety and curiousity going in my mind about future ..about how will i hold my life and how i will able to mould it the way i want ? But ,the most important thing was in my mind that "will i secure good marks" because the classmate i had back then were someone who would use to talk more and act less so they all had made it look like that its the cake walk for them and my mind was full of self doubt because i never felt like this and i don't think that anything is cake walk for me but anyway ....All of this sudden self doubt went away when i stood first in the that batch and the one who bragged stood nowhere ...that was my first lesson that never get carried away by someone 's pretentanious thing...
