Nutritional Science for healthy Body

The food that we eat effect our health in many ways ...often we come across with many disease because of bad choice of food .Everyone wants quality life but for that we have to choose quality food .Let's talk about importance of nutrition .There are six nutrients combined together,divided into major and macro nutrients .Let's talk about one by one ..                          Example of bad carbohydrate... 1)Carbohydrates-Carbs are the main source of energy .Food low in carb called keto diet because in the absence of carb ..body takes up stored fats to generate energy which is also a stored carb ..so It's takes away the extra kilos of your body ... Good carb which has high nutritional value can add lot to your health .E.g -Nuts ,Seeds,whole grains,Tubers ,raw fresh vegetables and fruits.This food choice in majority adds lot to your mental and physical health .Processed carb has no nutrition ..it's just appear classy ...They contribute in free radicals that damage the skin cells .Once in while is ok ,One can have this food once in a week ,that's ok but don't rely on them ...It's adds nothing to your temple called body .                                                                              2)Protein -Building block of our body ...Body needs this in required amount to repair the tissues of the body .You can have protein from two sources ...either Animal based or Plant based....But Animal based protein has complete nutrition . E.g -egg,milk,cheese (animal based),beans ,lentrils ,dried,tofu ,nuts and seed (plant based) .                        Personally ,I am fond of cashews and almonds ...This has extreme nutritive value that adds to your beauty as well .                                                            3)Fats -Who says Body doesn't require fats ..It's an important nutrient like protein and carb .It's protect your heart and brain .All you need is to demarcate between good fat and bad fat. .Unsaturated fats are body friendly and saturated and trans fats are foe to your body .eg-Unprocessed food like olive ,nuts,tofu,walnuts ,fatty fish ...Fishes are the great source of good fats like omega 3..which is needed for your brain as brain cells are made up of fatty acids ....Processed food like pasta ,pizza,cakes,popcorn ,cookies are bad .The cream on the cakes are the worst kind of fats ...that your body has to deal with ..As I said before once in while in little amount is ok but don't intake in heavy amount .4)Vitamins-Body need vitamins in few amount to regulate the function of macro nutrients .Most important vitamins are A ,C,B,D etc etc ..some of them are water soluble like B and C while others are not. E.g-Lemon,oranges,carrots ,berries,grapes etc etc.5)Minerals-Boody needs fair amount of minerals to function well ...Major minerals that your body requires are calcium ,chloride, potassium,sodium,Sulphur , magnesium ,iron ,zinc etc etc .Again same food contains lot of nutrients ...for minerals one can take banana,,grapes ,oranges etc etc6)Fibre -Its main part is to keep digestive system healthy . E.g-leafy vegetables like spinach ,nuts,rice,soya,peas,bel ka juice etc etc But Most important thing is to drink plenty amount of water because 70% of the cell is water ....Do understand your inner engineering and keep it clean and sacred because it is the most complex machine to deal with .

An evening in Bodh Gaya

We went there with car so it took approximately less than half an hour to reach there as it depends also on the speed of your vehicle ..ours were on moderate speed so we took less time to reach there .The roadways to reach Bodh gaya is little difficult as I don't know about other time as when I travelled there ..I had to go through little troubled road as road were in construction process . Well ,Taking ahead the writing journey ,Sometimes I am using we and sometimes I am using I depends on the reference as we were 5 people including driver .               As soon as I reached the roadway to Bodh Gaya ,I was all happy and excited as I went there after many years ...i t...

The moment of Curiosity and Learning :2013

When I talk about the moment of Curiosity and Learning then its literally take me to the year 2013 ...Yes ,You heard it right ...The Year 2013 when I was in my most curious state of mind because that was the year where i was appearing for my first board exam and i had lots of anxiety and curiousity going in my mind about future ..about how will i hold my life and how i will able to mould it the way i want ? But ,the most important thing was in my mind that "will i secure good marks" because the classmate i had back then were someone who would use to talk more and act less so they all had made it look like that its the cake walk for them and my mind was full of self doubt because i never felt like this and i don't think that anything is cake walk for me but anyway ....All of this sudden self doubt went away when i stood first in the that batch and the one who bragged stood nowhere ...that was my first lesson that never get carried away by someone 's pretentanious thing...
