I am starting a healthy diet series where I will list all the healthy nuts and seeds that offer complete nutrition to your body .In these tough times of pandemic ,good immunity is required ..so I will list all the sources of healthy nutrients and its benefits that will provide complete nutrition to your body .                                                        Everyone knows about cashews. Many people love to have it as a part of diet ..but do they really know what it actually offers as nutrition?Very few people know about it ..Personally ,I am fond of it .I usually take 2-3 cashews everyday . I will advise everyone reading this to have it .Well,Let's talk about it's health benefits .                                            Cashews are a kidney shaped seed sourced from the cashew tree,a tropical tree native to Brazil but now cultivated in various warm climate across the world .                                                This article reviews the nutrition benefits ,downside of cashews to determine whether they are good for you or not.         Cashews are rich source of calories ,protein,fats ,carbs ,fiber ,copper , magnesium manganese,zinc , phosphorus,iron ,selenium,Thaimine ,vitamin A ,Vitamin B6 .Cashews are especially rich in unsaturated fats, a category of fats linked to a lower risk of prematured death and heart disease.They are low in sugar ,a source of fiber which contain almost the same amount of protein as an equivalent quantity of cooked meat .  It contains a significant amount of copper ,a mineral essential for energy production ,healthy brain development and strong immune system .  It acts as Antioxidants also ,But first know what  is Antioxidants.                      Antioxidants are beneficial plant compound that keep your body healthy by neutralizing damage causing molecules known as free radicals ,In turn this helps reduce inflammation and increase your body's ability to stay healthy and free from disease.   Cashews are rich in carotenoids and polyphenols ..a category of antioxidants that may help reduce inflammation . It promotes healthy heart ,healthy skin ..it keeps your skin hydrated naturally So ,After knowing the benefits in detail and I hope people will incline more toward it ..not as fancy diet but as mainstream diet .

The moment of Curiosity and Learning :2013

When I talk about the moment of Curiosity and Learning then its literally take me to the year 2013 ...Yes ,You heard it right ...The Year 2013 when I was in my most curious state of mind because that was the year where i was appearing for my first board exam and i had lots of anxiety and curiousity going in my mind about future ..about how will i hold my life and how i will able to mould it the way i want ? But ,the most important thing was in my mind that "will i secure good marks" because the classmate i had back then were someone who would use to talk more and act less so they all had made it look like that its the cake walk for them and my mind was full of self doubt because i never felt like this and i don't think that anything is cake walk for me but anyway ....All of this sudden self doubt went away when i stood first in the that batch and the one who bragged stood nowhere ...that was my first lesson that never get carried away by someone 's pretentanious thing...

A spiritual evening at Mangla Gauri

 It was 6th of June at 6'0 clock . I remember I got ready in my white cotton salwar kameez for the Matarani's Darshan at foothills of Mangla Gauri Hills.
